Go to some other place, meet different people in different environments and perhaps you will discover different personality types and perhaps one that is more appropriate for you.

Now having said that, let's look at it from a different perspective. Women in general love flirting for flirting's sake more than men do. Men will flirt just because they are interested in a woman. Girls will flirt to see if they get a response, to see if they are looking good and are desirable, even when they are not fascinated with a man. They will flirt with a guy they are only keen on being friends with.

One solution to get better control of these conditions is to observe all the communication mediums that a woman is using to communicate - Like verbal, emotional, physical, psychological, and sexual communications.

When a woman likes you she probably will communicate that she likes you through all of the communications channels. When she is only playing around she will give you mixed communications. So when you find a woman flirting with you, but she does not back up the flirting by showing you she likes you across ALL the communication channels - don't take the flirtation serious.
